REFUND/RETURN POLICY
KunFaya Return and Refund Policy
At KunFaya, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at kunfayacustomerservice@gmail.com. Once your return request is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending your item back. Please note, items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, broken, or defective, let us know immediately with clear photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges:
For a faster resolution, we recommend returning the item you wish to exchange, and then placing a new order for the desired product. This ensures you get the correct item as quickly as possible.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Excluding All Handmade Items:
Since handmade clothes are typically made to order and are so meticulously crafted, every order is final. Thanks for your understanding.
