SHIPPING POLICY

At KunFaya, we're committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience, ensuring your orders are processed efficiently and delivered promptly. Please review our shipping policy below:

Pre-Made Orders:
Please allow 5-8 business days for processing and shipment of your order.

Pre-Order Items:
For pre-order items, please allow approximately 10-24 business days for your order to be shipped, starting after the pre-order window closes. Pre-order windows typically close every Sunday for that weekโ€™s batch. All pre-order items will be clearly labeled as such on the product page.

International Orders:
Please note that import fees, taxes, and customs duties are not covered by KunFaya and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges must be paid upon delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for international orders if customs fees are not paid.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
Once your order is with the carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL), KunFaya is no longer responsible for any lost or damaged packages in transit. However, we are committed to assisting you as best we can should an issue arise.
